Movie was fine, but the restroom was nasty. Trash overflowing, floor wet, smelled really bad. Looked like it hadn’t been checked in a while. Kinda ruined the whole visit for me

Right away, my first impression was that there just weren’t many movies to choose from. I kept scrolling, but not much really caught my interest or felt like something I wanted to watch.

I had a question about changing my ticket, so I reached out to customer service. To be fair, they did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick, I think it was around the next day before I heard anything.
Once they replied, the answer was actually helpful, so I can’t say they didn’t handle it. I just think it could’ve been faster. It wasn’t some awful experience or anything, just kind of average for me

The cinema was really clean when we went. Like i said, I notice stuff like bathrooms and sticky floors right away, and the bathrooms were actually in good shape, which is not always a given at theaters. The seats were comfy too, and nothing felt worn out or gross.

I also liked the overall vibe of the place. It was relaxed, the lobby wasn’t too loud, and the staff seemed chill. Like i said, it just felt easy being there, and I’d definitely go back again.

I booked my tickets online without any real trouble, which I appreciate because making the process simple feels like the right way to treat customers. The only downside was that checkout was a bit slow, so I had to be patient for a minute. Still, it worked fine in the end.

Took the kids to O'Neil Cinemas for a family movie night and it was nice. The staff were friendly, the seats were comfortable, and it didn’t feel like a hassle having the kids with us, which is always a win. The snacks were kind of expensive, but that’s just how movie theaters are, so I guess it wasn’t really a big deal even though I still complained about it. Overall we had a good time and I’d probably go back for another family movie night.

Went to O'Neil Cinemas the waiting part was the thing that got to me most. The line was barely moving, and it wasn’t really clear where anyone was supposed to stand or what was going on with this or that. It just felt kind of messy before the movie even started.

The staff didn’t seem to be doing much to manage the crowd, so everyone was just bunching up here and there. By the time I finally got to the counter, I was already annoyed. Not the best experience, and I probably wouldn’t be in a rush to go back

I’ve been to O’Neil Cinemas a handful of times now, maybe three or four? I can’t remember exactly when we first started going, but every time the staff have been genuinely friendly.

The last time we went, I think it was earlier this month or maybe late last month, they helped us switch seats and didn’t make it awkward at all. The person at the snack counter was also super patient while we took forever deciding what we wanted.

It just makes the whole night feel easier. No attitude, no rushing, just nice people doing their jobs well. Definitely makes me want to keep going back.

The popcorn was actually fresh and not that stale stuff you sometimes get, which I really appreciated. The nachos had good cheese, and the soda tasted like it should. The prices are still kind of ridiculous, but I guess that’s movie theaters for you. At least the quality was better than most places

I went to see a movie here, and maybe I just caught a bad showing at the worst time, but the sound was a mess. The ads were already blasting, and once the movie started it got so loud it actually hurt my ears. Somehow the dialogue was still hard to make out, while every explosion felt like it was shaking the whole room. I mentioned it to the staff afterward, and they basically said it’s usually like that. Bad timing or not, it really ruined the movie for me.

The ticket prices are fair, like I said, it’s not a bad deal overall. The snacks still feel overpriced though, which is kind of expected at this point. Like I said, I’ll go if there’s a movie I’m really excited to see, but it’s not somewhere I’m rushing to visit all the time

I used the kiosk last weekend and, like I said, it was quick overall. I got my tickets without any issues, and the screens were simple enough to figure out, even if they were a little slow moving from one page to the next.

The box office was kind of a different experience. Like I said, the kiosk was easy, but there was only one person working the counter and the line moved slowly. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not super efficient when it starts getting busy

I was actually surprised by the snack options here. The popcorn tasted fresh, and they had the usual candy and drinks, plus nachos and a few other hot snacks, which was nice. Of course, the prices are still very much movie theater prices, so no surprises there. Everyone in my group found something they wanted, thankfully. I just wish the concession line had moved a little faster, because standing there that long was kind of annoying

I really appreciate that O'Neil Cinemas has so many showtime choices, including later ones. It makes planning a movie night so much easier and a lot more stress-free. We can usually find a time that works perfectly for us, which is always a nice bonus.

The movie itself was fine, no real complaints there, but the ticket prices are getting ridiculous. It just feels like every time I go, it costs more and more. I like going to the movies, but it’s getting hard to justify when the tickets are this expensive. The prices are just too high now, and it makes me think twice about going as often.

I tried the premium screen at O’Neil Cinemas and had a really solid time. The picture looked great, like the colors were sharp, the dark scenes were actually easy to see, and even the little background details looked clear. The sound was really good too, explosions, music, dialogue, all of it came through nicely without being way too loud. The seats were comfy as well, which always helps, especially if you’re seeing a longer movie or you’re like me and keep shifting around with popcorn, a drink, your jacket, all that stuff. The only downside was the snack line, which moved slow. Like, I just wanted popcorn and a soda, maybe some candy, and it felt like everyone in front of me was ordering for a whole party. But overall, I still had a good night and I’d probably do the premium format again.

I booked reserved seats online, but when we got to the theater, someone was already sitting in them. The staff did help sort it out, which I appreciated, but it took a little while and made the start of the movie kind of stressful haha. Overall it worked out, just not as smooth as I expected.

The auditorium was gross. The seats looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and the floor was so sticky I didn’t even want to put my bag down. What annoyed me even more is that places always seem to have some little policy loophole to avoid doing anything about it, like cleanliness somehow isn’t their responsibility once the movie starts. Definitely not coming back

The cinema was fine overall, nothing really wrong with it, but the parking situation was so annoying?? We spent way too long driving around trying to figure out where to go, and the layout just didn’t make much sense. By the time we finally got inside, we were already late and a bit irritated. I’d probably go back, but definitely not on a busy night unless they make the parking easier.
